Sometimes life can get overwhelming. You are always hearing that you can have it all; the great relationship, the family, the career… and then you feel like a failure when you find yourself struggling to hold it all together.

There are times throughout our life where we could all use a little extra support figuring out who we are, who we want to be, and how to fit all the pieces together. 

Working with your personal life coach will provide you with that support to help you to see outside of your current situation and gain a clearer perspective on where you want to go and what it will take to get there.

If you live local to central Maine or are willing to travel we hold in-person sessions in our cozy office in Auburn, ME.

If you are not local to central Maine or your schedule doesn’t allow for you to meet in-person, we are available to meet by speaking on the phone or by secure online video conferencing.
